3D LASER SINTERING SYSTEM

M2 Cusing metal laser melting system is intended for the production of complex parts, unique pieces, injection moulds and casting with integrated cooling channels, to insert in a volume of 250x250x280 mm.
The adoption of this advanced system of 3D printing for fast prototyping allows the realization of components requiring challenging manufacturing, without the use of machine tools.
Moreover, the designer has the possibility to realize channels for liquids or gas transit inside the mechanical component, basing on the application field. Practical cases have demonstrated that the characteristics of the resulting material are compatible with materials deriving from extrusion processes. At the same time, it is possible to realize similar or better objects comparing to classical castings, avoiding all issues related to adjustments required by the old technologies, and consequently reducing costs and times.
