The information provided below describes, as required by the EU Regulation 2016/679 (hereafter “Regulation”), the processing operations performed on the personal data of the users visiting DI QUATTRO s.r.l. websites, accessible by electronic means. Those websites include the following:

Browsing Data
The information systems and software procedures relied upon to operate this web site acquire personal data as part of their standard functioning; the transmission of such data is an inherent feature of Internet communication protocols.

_ga. Duration of 2 years. It corresponds to ID user. It is a string randomly generated and memorized on browser cookies. This way, the following visits on the same website can be associated to the same user, always anonymized.
_gid. Duration of 24 hours. These cookies memorize other identifiers randomly generated and campaign information related to the user.
_gat. Duration of 1 minute. They are used to regulate the request speed.

On this site a Tracking Data Software can collect business IP addresses of visitors, which are then matched to a business profile and relating details (company name, address, email, telephone number, website, product category). This data will be leveraged under the lawful basis for processing of “Legitimate Interests” relating to those organizations that have pro-actively visited the company website.

Thanks to the database linked to it, the Software can also collect, in some cases, personal data of people belonging to the visiting organization, which is limited to first name, last name, LinkedIN profile, job function, business telephone numbers and business email addresses. It is anticipated that this data is already available online and always referred to the person business profile. No sensitive personal data will be collected or processed in any way.

DATA RECIPIENTS
The following entities are recipients of the data collected in the course of visiting the websites listed above. They have been appointed as data processors by DI QUATTRO s.r.l. pursuant to Article 28 of the Regulation:
