It uses cutting-edge machine tools, based on design systems CAD-CAM able to reduce manufacturing times of precision mechanical components and guarantee perfect executions. Specialized in pharmaceutical, medical and food sectors, DI QUATTRO executes mechanical manufacturing characterized by high complexity and medium size (up to a useful working area on a 5 axes machine of 1.0mtx1.25mtx1.0mt) and is able to deal directly with larger-size manufacturing thanks to its network of trusted suppliers. The great quality of the final product is guaranteed by scrupulous checks undertaken by specialized technicians at the edge of the machine, as well as in the air-conditioned test area equipped with machines for the tridimensional measurement. DI QUATTRO technicians and operators are highly qualified and able to manage high-level customer orders.
